Million Dollar Round Table
Million Dollar Round Table’s annual MDRT EDGE Conference is a hands-on education conference for association members in the life insurance and financial services industry. When providing the event production for MDRT EDGE, we knew how critical it was that the overall design be engaging, innovative, and dynamic for the many different content formats included in the program.
- General session designed to be theater in the round, with 360-degree seating
- Part of the program featured a “silent disco” concept where attendees listened to a presentation of their choice through headphones, and multiple presentations took place at once on different sides of the stage. MDRT Edge was one on the very leading edge of this concept.
- Room was divided into different zones for different interactive workshops through scenic and different lighting
- Unique, custom built stage design that included kinetic (moving) lighting, projection cube, and ceiling scenic elements
