Our client is a national standardized testing company that administers state standardized tests to students who aren’t enrolled in standard, in-person public school. Every year, they need to set-up 200+ sites across six states. Each site requires laptops that are customized with the specific software needed for these testing days. The success of this job requires complex logistics management, all conducted by the MT team.

We’ve been lucky to partner with Cvent for several years, providing rental equipment for the many events and tradeshows they plan or attend. We also provide storage and shipping logistics for their SWAG and branded materials, making sure they arrive at all their events on-time with everything their team needs. Recently, we provided TV monitors and a Giant Smartphone for their 2022 IMEX booth.
