Metro Production Group is a UK based production company who needed a US based production partner for a high-stakes, two-and-a-half day event with a quick turnaround. Their end client was a large consumer credit reporting company.
- The event was originally going to be held in Singapore, but due to COVID concerns, their end client decided to relocate the event to Miami a few weeks before the event start date
- MPG needed a US partner for this last minute switch, and we arranged logistics and an onsite team with only a few weeks’ notice
- Event included an LED video wall as an eye-catching stage backdrop.
- We also provided AV equipment for eight breakout rooms and an onsite interview station with a videographer to capture 1:1 interview footage.
