We Take Care of the Rest
Our team will deliver, set-up, and run your equipment at your venue. If you’re renting a projector only (with no screen or set-up needed) you’ll receive it via UPS, and will return it with enclosed return labels.

How much does it cost to rent a projector and screen?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly pricing for all equipment rentals. Our projector and screen rental pricing starts at $500, and we specialize in full AV services for conferences and events. Your final cost depends on how long you’re renting and the type of equipment and service you need. We’re always happy to work with you to figure out the best fit for your event budget.
How do I pick up and drop off my equipment?
We always deliver your rental equipment straight to you or your event, both in Seattle and anywhere nationwide. If your order doesn’t include setup, strike, or pick-up services, we always include UPS return shipping labels.
Can you set up and take down the projector/screen for me?
We sure can. We offer set and strike services, which means a professional technician/s will set up the equipment and then take it down once your event is over. Easiest process ever.
What types/brands of projectors and screens do you offer?
We provide HD and large commercial projector rentals from professional brands like Barco, Christie, Eiki, Epson, and more from 5,000 – 25,000 lumens. Our projector screen rentals include 6’-8’ tripod screens, 4:3 and 16:9 fastfold & truss screens, and custom size large screens of any size.
What size projection screen do I need?
As a general guideline, 6’-8’ tripod screens are great for intimate settings, while fastfold and truss screens can handle much larger venues. How much distance do I need between the projector and screen?
The amount of space needed between a projector and screen (aka throw distance) depends on the desired projection size and the type of projector/lens being used. We can calculate the throw distance needed for your projector and screen rentals, as well as make sure everything is set up correctly.
Can your projectors and screens do rear projection?
Absolutely. We offer both front and rear projection screen options, and our projector rentals can handle both. Not sure which one you need? No problem. We love collaborating with you to create the perfect projection setup.
